APARTMENTS "PERGULA" AND "MENDULA"

Our larger two apartments are located on the first floor of the house. Each of the 3-room apartments extends over 78 m2 and is suitable for 4 - 7 guests. 

​

Each of the two apartments has

  • 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds),

  • a living room with an extendable sofa and a chair bad, an LCD-Sat-TV,

  • a modernly furnished kitchen, equipped with an oven, an electric stove with four hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, a dishwasher, dining furniture with 4 - 7 chairs and kitchen dishes and utensils,

  • a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine,

  • a spacious southern balcony with outdoor furniture and sunshade, reachable from the living room,

  • a smaller northern balcony reachable from the bedroom.

 

All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating) and W-LAN.

 

Fresh linen are provided weekly, fresh towels twice per week.

 

Final cleaning is included in the price if the apartment is left tidy, otherwise an additional fee of € 30,00 is charged.

 
APARTMENTS "SMOKVA" AND "MASLINA"

Our smaller two apartments are located on the second floor of the house. Each of the 2-room apartments extends over 65 m2 and is suitable for 2 - 5 guests. 

​

Each of the two apartments has

  • 1 bedroom with a double bed,

  • a living room with an extendable sofa and a chair bad, an LCD-Sat-TV,

  • a modernly furnished kitchen, equipped with an oven, an electric stove with four hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, a dishwasher, dining furniture with 4 - 5 chairs and kitchen dishes and utensils,

  • a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine,

  • a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and sunshade, reachable from the living room.

Apartment Lavanda extends over  50m2 and is suitable for 2 - 4 guests. It is situated in a separate building.

It has

  • 1 bedroom with a double bed,

  • a living room with an extendable sofa, an LCD-Sat-TV,

  • a modernly furnished kitchen, equipped with an oven, an electric stove with four hot plates, microwave, coffee maker,                            a dishwasher, dining furniture and kitchen dishes and utensils,

  • a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine,

  • a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and sunshade, reachable from the bedroom

  • a french balkony in the living room.
